March is Women's History Month, and last Monday was International Women's Day. There are so many incredible women in our history that made monumental contributions to our world! They paved the way for us to have a better life.

Even though we are strong, amazing women, it's okay to ask for help. Recognize that asking for help can be considered an act of bravery. We weren't meant to do it all alone – that would destroy even the best of us. There are people around us who want to help, and asking for that help is a sign of courage.
