Lorie Stuart Cleaning Quality Control
For your convenience, and quality control, we may leave you with a checklist at your request indicating the various services we provide each time we clean your home. This form is completed by the team’s lead after they have personally inspected your home. Our management also personally conducts random on-site and telephone quality checks. These steps are all made to ensure our quality of service remains the first rate. These are just a few of the things we do to assure that you receive a high quality clean and exceptional customer service.
The Satisfaction Guarantee
We have built our business and reputation by providing our clients with the best possible cleaning service available and unmatched trust. Still, we realize that because our employees are human beings, they sometimes make mistakes. For this reason, we offer you our 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
If you are not 100% satisfied with our service for any reason, we will:
- Come back to your home and re-clean to your satisfaction, or
- Give you a partial credit towards your next service, or
- Refund your money in full (Lorie Stuart Cleaning must be notified within 48 hours of service)
Any Lorie Stuart Cleaning client can receive a one-time, clean, at no cost for referring another client. Credit will be applied after the new client has used Lorie Stuart Cleaning services for three consecutive visits.
There is no term for this agreement.
There is an $80.00 minimum charge per house. The client and Lorie Stuart Cleaning may cancel at any time for any reason. If the client cancels service, we ask for a minimum 24-hour notice.
Payment is due within seven days of services rendered. You may pay by cash, check, debit or credit card, or through PayPal (please see the payment page for more information). If you choose to pay via credit card, a 3% processing fee will be applied to your balance. All returned checks are subject to a $25 return check fee. Unpaid balances will be billed a monthly finance charge of 2% per month (24% APR). In the event this matter is referred to an attorney or collections agency, the client is responsible for court costs, attorney fees, and/or collection agency fee.
Lorie Stuart Cleaning will monitor the actual cleaning time for the first 2 – 3 months of service, and occasionally after that Lorie Stuart Cleaning will contact the client to discuss possible price or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original bid.
The safety of our employees is a high priority. All firearms in a client's home must be stored away and locked, and all walkways and driveways must be clear of snow and ice. If your walkways and driveways are not clear and/or your firearms are not stored away and locked, we reserve the right to refuse service. A cancellation fee may apply.
We do our best to be as flexible as we can with the schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations. The client will be charged 50% off cleaning fee if canceling with less than 24-hour notice. (100% during peak holiday season) Lock-out is viewed and treated as a cancellation.
Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, it is difficult to commit to exact arrival times. We service homes between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. (Last home scheduled is usually at 4:30 pm). Even if you normally have an afternoon cleaning, there may be times that we need to clean your home in the a.m. instead or vice versa. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and call you ahead of time if there are any changes to the schedule.
For the safety of our employees, Lorie Stuart Cleaning reserves the right to close our offices at any time, due to inclement weather or emergencies.
If we are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment or wash dishes, the client agrees to not hold Lorie Stuart Cleaning or any of its employees responsible for damage to any article or component. While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) be stored and/or not cleaned by our staff. A damage report will be left by our staff if any damage does take place and our office will follow-up with the client by phone. Lorie Stuart Cleaning must be notified within 48 hours of service if the unreported damage is discovered.
Lorie Stuart Cleaning is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e., marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
Lorie Stuart Cleaning reserves the right to reevaluate rates and/or change the Service Agreement at any time.
