Residential Housekeeper/Team Lead

Lorie Stuart Cleaning LLC specializes in residential, new construction, move in/out and remodel cleaning. We are committed to an honest and detailed cleaning service to our client's satisfaction. Each crew is usually made up of three to four members. A typical day includes 4-5 residential cleans. We service Cache Valley from Mantua to Richmond. We are seeking a qualified individual with a drive for excellence and an eye for detail, who is planning on living in Logan for 2+ years. This applicant will be trained to be a team leader. As a team leader, they will train and manage a team of employees, learn the routes to the clients' houses and the details of each house to be cleaned. The applicant will be in charge of tracking time spent in each house and filling out electronic timesheets accurately every day on their phone.

The applicant must be trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and work well with others. Also, they must have a reliable vehicle to use for transporting employees and supplies house to house each day, a washer and dryer for washing rags each night, a cell-phone and an open schedule. The applicant must be able to communicate using the English language. Will be required to pass background check as well.

This is a full time position (30-40hrs/week) with some days starting earlier than 8am and ending later than 5pm.

Wages: $12/hr. starting, plus mileage reimbursement.

Requirements: High school Diploma/ GED, Must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly. Must have full mobility, able to walk, squat, be on knees, and work hard all day. Must have no criminal record.  Must be completely honest in work.  Must be able to communicate professionally with clients and able to learn quickly.  Needs to be very detail oriented.  Must have previous cleaning experience. Supervisory experience a plus

Position Type : Full-time   Work Schedule : 8am-5pm Mon.-Fri.
